1. 18+ only. Tandam is for adults only.

2. Honest profile. Use your own photos and genuine details. Fakes, photos of other people, adverts, spam, links, insults, threats, fraud and inappropriate content are prohibited.

3. Moderation. Violations will result in a warning, your profile being hidden or your account being blocked. You will always be shown the reason, and you can appeal against the decision.

4. Service integrity. We do not create fake profiles or generate ‘fake’ likes. The core service is free; paid features and their prices are clearly displayed before purchase.

What data do we store?

• Telegram ID, username, name, age, gender, town or city, and approximate coordinates of the town or city (not your exact location).
• Photos, videos, descriptions, interests, likes and comments on them, messages exchanged with couples, support enquiries, purchases.
• For verification purposes — a selfie (only moderators can see it).
• The device’s technical label — to ensure that blocked devices are not registered again.

What everyone sees

• Other details: name, age, town, interests, description, photos and videos. Your Telegram username — only if you choose to share it yourself whilst messaging the couple.
• Moderators: profile details, to investigate complaints. Chat history — only whilst investigating a complaint against a user: the most recent messages from the chat thread that was the subject of the complaint.
• Service owners can view conversations to monitor safety and compliance (fraud, threats, spam, user enquiries); each such view is logged.
• A conversation is deleted if nobody posts in it for a long time.

You can hide your profile or delete all your data in the ‘Profile’ section.
