Cookie and Analytics Policy Tandam

Tandam runs within Telegram as a mini-app. Here’s what the app stores on your device and what data we collect.

Cookies

We do not use cookies — neither our own, nor advertising cookies, nor third-party tracking cookies. Access to the app is verified via your Telegram signature every time you open it.

What is stored on the device

Device ID — a random string of characters stored in the app’s memory (localStorage) and in Telegram’s storage on the device. This is required to prevent users who have been blocked for violations from registering again.
Telegram may store app files (images, fonts) to help it open more quickly.

Technical details of the device

When the app is opened, it sends the following information to the server: platform (Android, iOS, computer), browser version, screen size, time zone, languages, number of processor cores and memory capacity, graphics card model, and a rendering ‘fingerprint’ (image hash). This forms the device’s ‘fingerprint’ — it is used solely to protect against counterfeits and to prevent bypassing of restrictions. A match with the fingerprint does not, in itself, trigger a block: such cases are reviewed by a human.

Analytics

The app does not contain any third-party analytics or advertising systems (such as Google Analytics, social media pixels and the like).
The Telegram script (telegram.org) is integrated into every mini-app — that is how Telegram works; what it processes is described in Telegram’s privacy policy.
Fonts and app files are downloaded from our server, not from third-party websites.
Internal statistics are calculated on our server: registration steps (stored for up to 100 days), advertising link tags, days of activity, and purchases. The team can only view this data in aggregated form — as figures and graphs.
